This issue is caused by a corrupted Windows installation - in most of all cases this only occurs on Windows installations that have been upgraded from a previous version of Windows. To fix this, do this: Run the Windows setup from within Windows and choose 'Upgrade installation' - the installation will take some time, but once finished the ActiveX error should be fixed. Alternatively you may want to try to boot from your Windows DVD and choose the 'Repair' option.
